UNSW FC enter the 2026 National Premier Leagues Women’s NSW season with clear intent and growing belief, assembling a squad built not just to compete, but to push deep into finals football and challenge for silverware.

The club has moved swiftly and decisively in the off-season, recruiting a host of high-quality players to elevate its roster across every line of the park. Among the standout additions are Alexia Karrys-Stahl, Ava Collins, Erin Nayler, Jennifer Kokoris, Leah Burton, Lexie Moreno, Milan Hammond, Poppy Channing, Tara Palmer, Beth Crawford, Katia Clement, Mali Stanton and Priya Sciuraga, a group that brings a blend of experience, athleticism and composure at NPL Women’s NSW level.

Those new arrivals will complement a strong core of returning players who have become fan favourites at the Village Green. Angelique Hristodoulou, Aya Yamahata, Chloe Smith, Demi Koulizakis, Georgia Plessas, Skye Cassachia and Sonali Singh all remain with the club, providing continuity, leadership and a deep understanding of the UNSW playing identity.

While the squad has been significantly strengthened, UNSW FC have also farewelled several contributors from previous seasons. Allira Toby, Jasmine Limon, Marcella Santos, Maryam Mostaghimi and Trudy Camilleri have all moved on, with the club thanking them for their service and impact.

The balance between recruitment and retention has left UNSW FC well positioned heading into the new campaign, with competition for places expected to drive standards across the squad. The club’s ambition is clear: convert potential into performance and ensure that 2026 is a season defined by consistency, belief and tangible success.

UNSW FC’s journey begins with an early test in Round 1, taking on Western City Rangers FC at Popondetta Park on Sunday, 8 March. It looms as the first opportunity for the new-look side to lay down a marker and for UNSW FC to show they are ready to take the next step in their pursuit of finals football and silverware.
