Northern Tigers FC have confirmed Fin Geraghty as the club’s new Women’s First Grade Head Coach ahead of the 2026 National Premier Leagues NSW season.

Geraghty’s football journey began at just seven years old with St Ives Football Club, laying early foundations for a lifelong involvement in the game. By age 14, he had already stepped into coaching with Lindfield Football Club, marking the start of a rapid and committed rise through the coaching ranks.

A Diploma qualified coach, Geraghty has spent the past five years with Northern Tigers FC, where he has continued to develop as both a tactician and a leader within the program. His impact extends across the wider NSFA community, having spent more than a decade contributing as a coach, mentor, and coach educator.

At just 23 years old, Geraghty now becomes one of the youngest head coaches in the top tier of Women’s football in NSW, a milestone that reflects not only his technical expertise but also the trust Northern Tigers have placed in his vision for the future.

The club begins an exciting new chapter under Geraghty’s guidance as preparations build toward the 2026 season.
