Seroukas Departs NWS Spirit FC as Club Announces Interim Appointments

National Premier Leagues Women’s NSW side NWS Spirit FC has confirmed that Women’s First Grade Head Coach and Girls Youth Technical Director John Seroukas has tendered his resignation.

The club thanked Seroukas for his contribution during his tenure, acknowledging his professionalism and impact across both the senior women’s program and the development of the club’s girls’ pathway.

“His commitment and dedication to the program have been greatly valued, and we wish John all the best in his future endeavours,” the club said in a statement.

In the interim, Jai Cross has been appointed as Women’s First Grade Head Coach, while Ryan Fletcher will step into the role of Acting Girls Youth Technical Director.

The NWS Spirit FC Board has expressed full confidence in both Cross and Fletcher to provide strong leadership and continuity during this transition period, highlighting their experience and commitment to the club’s ongoing development.

The club has also confirmed that the process to appoint a permanent replacement is underway, with further updates to be provided in due course.
