Bulls FC Academy made it four games without defeat after a commanding 5-1 victory over a hapless Sydney Olympic at Peter Moore Field in the National Premier Leagues Women’s NSW Round 10 match of the round.

Two penalties inside the first 10 minutes set the match up for the visitor’s as Isabella Coco Di Sipio and Tamires Souza both finished from the spot.

Di Sipio added her second 10 minutes before half time to make it 3-0, while Amber Luchtmeijer got her first of the season mid-way through the second half to extend the lead further.

Helena Malesci responded almost immediately, cutting the deficit to 4-1, only for Tamires Souza to make it 5-1 late on.

There were only seven minutes on the clock when the referee pointed to the spot, Baxter Thew handling in the area.

Coco Di Sipio stepped up and despite Brianna Clarke picking the right side, the ball was hit with force, giving the keeper no chance.

Things got worse for the home side three minutes later as the referee once more blew for a penalty.

Coco Di Sipio delivered an excellent ball into the box with the outside of her right foot, finding Luchtmeijer who rounded Clarke before being brought down by the keeper.

This time Souza stepped up and dispatched her penalty into the bottom left corner, Clarke unmoved in the middle of the goal.

The Bulls continued to dominate in tough conditions, Luchtmeijer searching for her goal, firing toward goal, only to be denied by an excellent save from Clarke.

Olympic then had a couple golden chances through Malesci and Rochelle Borromeo, both time Mio Nemoto sweeping well to deny the opposition.

Luchtmeijer should have extended the lead on the half hour mark, breaking through the lines but rushing her effort and putting it wide of the target.

They wouldn’t need to wait long for the third, the in form Petria Phillips bursting through midfield, forcing Clarke into an excellent save but Di Sipio quickest to react to the rebound, placing the ball into an empty net.

It was almost four on the stroke of half time, Di Sipio involved again, this time her shot turning into a cross, finding Phillips at the back post who had her shot cleared off the line by some desperate Thew defending.

Souza thought she had her second after another Di Sipio cross, only to be denied by the flag for offside.

Just after the hour mark though, the Bulls made it 4-0.

Liz Grey, who was having an excellent game, delivered a free kick to the far post where Luchtmeijer popped up, volleying home from close range.

The Bulls seemed to lose concentration after the goal and were punished straight away.

Helena Malesci running onto a through ball and finishing well, placing the ball calmly beyond Nemoto.

With a bit of momentum, the home side should have cut the lead further only minutes later, hitting the post after some confused defending before the Bulls somehow cleared their lines.

The Bulls had a couple more big chances through Phillips and Indi Dos Santos, both times Clarke saving.

Only a couple minutes from full time though the visitor’s made it 5-1. Souza finding the back of the net after a corner.
