The home of Football NSW, namely Valentine Sports Park, will play host to as many as ten Grand Finals on Sunday, September 1st for the National Premier Leagues NSW Women’s and National Premier Leagues 2 NSW Women’s competitions.
In a massive boost for the female game, Valentine Sports Park will be caught up in football finals fever in September as the Under 14, Under 15, Under 17, Reserve and First Grade categories will see its Grand Final matches played in what will a jam packed arena in Sydney’s West.
Following on from a successful Female Football Week as well as the current promotion of the FIFA Women’s World Cup in France, the female football game has gone from strength to strength.
The 2019 season especially has seen many high profile matches across NSW take shape with future Matildas stars unearthed at many of our National Premier Leagues NSW Women’s games.
September 1st will be the icing on the cake on what has been an outstanding year for the sport as NPL NSW Women’s clubs push towards claiming the ultimate prize in the form of a coveted Championship trophy.
